  • A maximum of 4 registered guests are allowed. No parties or events may be held at this location. 

  • No smoking. This property is completely smoke-free (cigarettes, weed pens, vaping, etc.) either indoors or outdoors on the property. 

  • No shoes indoors and keep screen doors closed. The desert is dusty with loose cactus thorns. Shoes will dirty floors and embed thorns in our Moroccan rugs. We provide complimentary slippers upon arrival. To prevent critters, please keep doors and screens securely closed.

  • Fireplace — The fireplace is for decoration only. Do not light a fire of any kind in it, there is no chimney attached.  $500 fine per violation of odors present indoors and litter found outside. 

  • Septic Tank — Only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilets. NO feminine products, paper towels, or baby wipes.

  • Kitchen Sink Usage — The kitchen sink is not equipped with a garbage disposal. Do not put anything down the kitchen drain except for liquids. An extra fee will be charged for any plumbing/drain cleanouts.

  • Shower Usage — Hair dyes and hair toners including purple shampoos are not permitted. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and face wash are provided. Makeup remover wipes and gray washcloths are supplied, so kindly refrain from using any white towels for makeup removal.

  • Photo + Video Policy — No photoshoots and/or film shoots without prior approval. An additional fee applies to shoots or recordings intended for profit, including sponsored posts. A sponsored post is defined as a paid project by a brand offering compensation of goods or money in exchange for services.

  • While we love animals, pets are not permitted on the property. Our yard is unfenced and the property has cacti and natural plants that can be toxic and fatal if ingested. Cleaning/repair fees will be charged if evidence of unauthorized pets are found, and your booking will be canceled. 

    The Blue Parrot is suitable for children 10+. Please reach out to us directly if you are interested in booking a stay with younger children. A Pack ‘n’ Play and baby monitor are available upon request.

  • Yes, The Blue Parrot offers free driveway parking on the premises and includes four spaces.

  • The Blue Parrot is a single-level home with no stairs making it accessible for those with disabilities.

  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

    No loud noises, outdoor amplified music, firearms, fireworks, drones. Guests will be asked to vacate immediately if we receive any calls about a noise disturbance from our neighbors or the police.

  • Maximum of 4 registered guests allowed on the property at any given time. No parties or events may be held at this location.

  • Trash, recycling, and compost bins are located on the far side of the garage. We kindly ask that you throw away all trash in the appropriate containers upon check out.
