  • No pets allowed, with the exception of service animals. While we love animals, our furniture is not suitable for pets, and pets are not permitted in the building per our Homeowners Association. Cleaning/repair fees will be charged if evidence of unauthorized pets are found, and your booking will be canceled.

    As Casa Luna is a one-bedroom condo and for parties of no more than 2 people, in most circumstances, it is not suitable for children. Please reach out directly if you are interested in booking with a child.

  • Yes, Casa Luna offers one free gated parking spot, and street parking permits are available through the city.

Downtown Redwood City, a short 10-minute walk from our doorstep, is a bustling hub of entertainment and leisure, featuring the Cinemark Movie Theater, the historic Fox Theater for live performances, and the San Mateo County Courthouse, adding a touch of historic elegance to the area.

    The dining scene is a food lover's delight, with an array of restaurants within walking distance.   • Casa Luna is a second-floor unit accessible via two staircases or an elevator making it slightly less accessible for those with disabilities. The ADA-compliant elevator is 52 inches deep with a doorway that’s 32 inches wide.

  • Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. No loud noises, outdoor amplified music, firearms, fireworks, drones. Keeping noise, disturbance, and lights to a minimum after 9 PM contributes to our harmony with the surroundings and neighbors. Guests will be asked to vacate immediately if we receive any calls about a noise disturbance from our neighbors or the police.

  • Only the reserved guests at the time of booking are allowed at the property at any given time during your stay. Unregistered visitors, including overnight guests, are not permitted. Any guests/visitors must be registered with us prior to your arrival. Events, workshops, or parties are not permitted without prior written authorization.

  • Building trash bins are located next to the elevator with a trash chute on the second floor. Recycling and compost are located in a room adjacent to the koi pond/common area courtyard. All building trash is collected Monday-Friday.
